Jodie - Office Lead
Hi, I am Jodie! I graduated from Tarrant County College’s RDA program in 1998. I started working for Dr. Ashcroft May 2021.
I am usually the first person you will see when you walk in, and my goal is to make your child’s visit as comfortable and fun as possible.
I am blessed to work at a job I love and with people I care about.
Outside of work, I am married to my childhood sweetheart and have two beautiful daughters.
Pet wise, I have a Bernedoodle and three Great Danes that rule the house. I love to spend time with my family and friends, perennial gardening and play/cuddle my pets (and others I see out and about in town … it was me that asked to pet your dog :).
Amanda - Front Desk
Hi, I am Amand! I started working for Dr. J in June of 2026. I am very new to the dental environment but looking forward to learning as much as I can!
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband, kiddo, and our two dogs. My husband and I joined a billiards league here in Haslet, mostly to make new friends since we are new to this side of the metroplex. When I am not shooting pool, I am usually at the lake, snuggled up with my nose in a book, or watching a Longhorns or TCU game!

Hi, I am Katy! I joined the team January 2026.
I first met Dr J as a patient when I was in the third grade. Now I am in college and helping out in between my studies.
I enjoy art, games and cooking when I am not at work or school.
Macey - Insurance Coordinator
Hi, I am Macey! I went from being a patient of Dr. Ashcroft’s to being the insurance coordinator. I started in February of 2022 and I love what I do.
When I am not at work I spend time with my family, commission art, crochet and play ball with my puppy Sherman.
Asia - RDA
Hi, I am Asia! I am a proud mother of three with a passion for helping others feel confident, comfortable, and cared for. Before entering the dental field, I built my career in esthetic services, where I developed a strong appreciation for personal care, attention to detail, and creating a positive experience for every client.
I am currently continuing my education in dentistry, with the long-term goal of becoming a dental hygienist. I am excited to continue growing my skills and knowledge while providing patients with compassionate, attentive, and essential dental assistant care.
Outside of the office, I love making memories with my kids, especially doing anything adventurous and fun. I enjoy traveling, trying new foods, and—at any opportunity—dressing up in costumes because life is too short not to have a little fun!
I look forward to getting to know each patient and helping make every visit as comfortable, welcoming, and positive as possible.

Hi, I am Jennifer! I am a proud mom of three boys. Our family also includes two dogs and one very spoiled pig!
I began my RDA journey two years ago and have loved growing in my career ever since. In June 2026, I had the opportunity to join Dr. Ashcroft’s team, where I am excited to continue learning, growing, and helping create a positive experience for our patients. I’m grateful for this journey and look forward to what the future holds!

Hi, I am Leigha! I have been working at Pediatric Dentistry of Haslet as an RDA with Dr. J and crew since 2020. I moved with my Siamese cat Chloe from Chula Vista, California to Haslet in 2018.
I am an avid football & baseball fan, and I also enjoy NASCAR and Rodeos.
I am an aunt to 7 amazing nieces & nephews. I enjoy looking for new restaurants to eat at and visiting interesting places in Texas. I love to travel within the US and Internationally.

Hi, I am Sienna! As a Dental Assistant, I love helping our patients achieve healthy, happy smiles.
My life outside the clinic is filled with traveling and making memories with my friends and family. I am so happy to be here and look forward to seeing you in the chair!
